At Vilatia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests submitted after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must still comply with our standard return requirements, including being unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
